- Turning and Milling
We offer both turning and milling on one out jobs, all the way up to low volume production. We have new 2015 mills and lathes and can do high tolerance work. We can machine from a wide range of materials to suit your needs to give you the best parts on time.
- Wire EDM and RAM EDM
We offer ram EDM to burn any shape, and wire EDM for cutting blind keyways , along with portable EDM drill burning. The portable EDM drill will allow us to work on your parts in your shop without the need for complete teardown.
- Grinding
We have high precision surface grinding along with OD grinding with the ability of holding tolerance up to .00005” or 4 microns
- Welding and Fabrication
We offer mig, tig, and arc welding, in a large verity of materials including aluminum and stainless steel. We also offer heat treating, flam hardening, and plasma cutting
